2.About refunds
There will be no refunds for any reason. By purchasing from Dance World Cup, you confirm that you have read and understand our refund policy. If a dancer is unable to participate due to health reasons, a refund of the participation fee can be considered upon submission of a medical certificate.

Membership terms
1.Membership terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to Dance World Cup (DWC) membership and is entered into with designated individuals.
be. DWC Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and undertakes to communicate any material changes to all members within a reasonable period of time. Becoming a member of DWC entitles subscribers to benefits. These benefits and services may change from time to time and updates will always be posted on our website (www.dwcworld.com) and in our Member Bulletin. All dance schools can enroll their students as members of DWC. Membership in the DWC does not confer any legal liability with respect to the DWC, voting rights at meetings, or liability with respect to DWC's debts. ""Member" is the name used to describe a group of people who access DWC's services and benefits through a subscription program. Applications for new members will be processed within 4 weeks. Current prices for membership are listed on our website (www.dwcworld.com). Discounts apply to existing and new members until the qualifying date for their country. Discounts also apply to countries without live qualifiers until the entry deadline (viewable at www.dwcworld.com). DWC Ltd will contact member dance schools when their memberships are due for renewal and provide them with renewal forms and information on how to pay (if applicable). If your membership expires, DWC Co., Ltd. will notify the dance school in writing. Membership is not transferable and membership fees are non-refundable. Members may cancel their membership at any time without giving any reason, but no refunds will be given for unused portions. DWC Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel membership at any time if it determines that it is impossible to continue providing membership benefits and services for 90 days or more. However, if we permanently suspend a service or benefit, we will use reasonable efforts to provide you with advance notice. DWC Co., Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by being a member of DWC, regardless of the cause. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. The courts of Jersey, Channel Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear or decide any claim, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and to resolve any disputes and for these purposes each party shall irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey, Channel Islands.

DWC Co., Ltd. collects necessary data about the member and/or the member's dance school during the membership registration and renewal process. We strive to take all reasonable steps to protect this data while it is under our control. When registering as a member, we collect personal information necessary to properly manage the membership registration, but we do not collect confidential information about the member (such as race, ethnicity, religion, or other beliefs). . The data used for marketing purposes about our work, products, services and the people we work with is based solely on dance school data. A member's personal data will not be provided or shared with a third party without the member's explicit permission. Members have the right to access their personal data held by DWC. 3.permission
Members shall permit DWC Co., Ltd. or persons commissioned by DWC to take videos and photographs of members. Members allow these videos and photos to be used on DWC's website, live streaming, social media and any promotional materials. Members authorize DWC Co., Ltd. to sell videos, photos, and promotional materials featuring members to the public. Members authorize DWC Ltd to provide their details to DWC's sponsors. If Members do not wish their details to be provided to these organizations, they must notify them by email to dance@dwcworld.com. Members agree that dancing is performed at their own risk and that any injuries resulting from such dancing are the member's responsibility and that DWC Corporation will not be responsible. Dance teachers/schools agree to accept these Terms and Conditions for students who apply for membership. It is the dance school/instructor's responsibility to obtain the consent of the member/member's parent/guardian.
